Maria Laviensi

Maria assists companies, private and public entities both in and out of court, on civil law matters (obligations and contracts, real estate transactions, and claims recovery) and administrative law (works contracts, public tenders, and bankruptcy procedures).

She manages civil, social insurance, and administrative litigation throughout Italy.

Maria graduated in law at La Sapienza University of Rome, and she attended the Specialization School for Legal Professions at La Sapienza University of Rome.

She completed the specialist course on administrative trials at the LUISS University of Rome.

She is certified to practice law before the Higher Courts.
