Chiara Viale

Chiara has recognized skills in consultancy and litigation on matters of corporate law and intellectual property.

In those areas, she participates as a speaker in conferences and holds courses for clients.

She acts as an expert on Civil Procedural Law at the Law Department of the Carlo Cattaneo University – LIUC of Castellanza.

She is the author of articles and comments on civil procedural law decisions, and as a member of the Business Law Group of ASLA – Association of Law Partnerships; she is the co-author of two monographs: “Obligations and liability of Directors of Joint-Stock Companies” and “Funding of Companies”.

Chiara Viale is responsible for diversity at the Firm and is a member of Aslawomen and the Meritocracy Forum.

In the context of intellectual property law, she is a member of AIPPI – the Italian Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, LES – Licensing Executives Society, UGIVI – Italian Union of Lawyers Specializing in Vines and Wine and the firm’s representative at INDICAM, The Brand Center Institute for fighting Counterfeiting.

Chiara graduated with full marks in law at Cattolica del Sacro Cuore University of Milan.

She is a member of the Bar Association of Milan and she is certified to practice before the Court of Cassation.
