Micaela Barbotti

Micaela has significant, recognized expertise in both consultancy and litigation, in ordinary and arbitration proceedings. She deals with administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, assisting companies in the preparation, implementation and updating of Organization, Management and Control Models, and conducting training for management, employees and associates.

She acts as the chairwoman and member of Supervisory Boards and is a lecturer in university master’s courses on the administrative liability of entities. She holds regular training courses on that subject and on informed consent in medical matters.

She provides consultancy regarding Personal data protection.

She is a member of the Corporate Compliance working group at ASLA – Association of Law Partnerships.

Micaela graduated in law at Cattolica del Sacro Cuore University of Milan.

She is a member of the Bar Association of Milan and is registered to practice before the Court of Cassation.
