Anna Albè

Anna assists companies around the country with consultancy, with specific attention to personnel management, and in litigation, with a particular regard to the legal qualification of employment contracts and the discipline of dismissals.

She has specific skills in industrial relations and social shock absorbers, and a deep experience in the management of labor law aspects of business transfers.

She participates in the Labour Law Group of ASLA.

She is a member of AGI, the association of Italian Labour Lawyers.

Anna graduated in law at Cattolica del Sacro Cuore University of Milan.

She is a member of the Bar Association of Busto Arsizio and is certified to practice before the Court of Cassation.
