Valentina Castelli

Valentina Castelli has developed considerable skills and experience in assisting Italian and foreign businesses regarding all issues of labour law related to both business consulting and litigation.

She assists clients in labor union negotiations, dealing with company bargaining and procedures relating to social shock absorbers and collective dismissal.

She is part of the Labour Law Group of ASLA – Association of Law Partnerships and speaks in training courses.

Valentina graduated in law at Carlo Cattaneo University – LIUC of Castellanza (VA).

She is a member of the Bar Association of Busto Arsizio.
