Simona Custer

Simona assists companies in the negotiation and stipulation of commercial contracts and works on litigation in that area.

She also provides consultancy concerning Personal data protection and is the Data Protection Officer for the firm.

After certification of the equivalency of her Italian degree with the Spanish degree of Licenciado en Derecho, she attended the Máster Universitario en Abogacía at the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria – Madrid, Spain.

She attended the Master Privacy Manager of the Sole 24 Ore Business School in Milan and the Professional Data Protection Officer training course of the Euroconference Law Firms Center.

She is a member of the Corporate Compliance and IT Litigation working groups of ASLA – Association of Law Partnerships.

She is also a member of AIJA International Association of Young Lawyers.

Simona graduated with full marks in law at Carlo Cattaneo University – LIUC di Castellanza (Va).

She is a member of Bar Association of Milan.
