Luca Pellegatta

Luca deals with banking and bankruptcy law, both in and out of court, and has gained considerable experience in litigation regarding compound interest, usury and financial instruments.

He is also an expert in debt restructuring operations, and business reorganization and management in crisis situations and insolvency procedures.

Luca has also worked on personal data protection at businesses, giving residential courses.

He is part of the Anti-money laundering group of ASLA – Association of Law Partnerships.

Luca graduated in law at University of Milan – Bicocca.

He is a member of the Bar Association of Busto Arsizio.
